Orders are shipped between 1-3 business days of the order date
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday via USPS Ground shipping
- Orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered.
- Orders that are placed on the weekend and select holidays will be packed and shipped on the next business day

- International shipping is available and can take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on customs processing and destination
- International shipments may be subject to high customs and duties fees upon delivery, depending on the import country
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, in addition to the return policy above, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and free of any cancellation penalty (the "cooling-off period").
How to withdraw:
1. Submit your withdrawal request within 14 days of delivery, either by using the cancellation button on your order or account page, or by emailing info@localmotioninc.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
2. You will be asked to confirm the withdrawal and provide your name and the order/contract details.
3. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.
Exemptions: Certain goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and all active swimwear.
