Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of the shipment date
  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days
  • All merchandise must be in resalable condition and with the tags still attached
  • Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt
  • Online returns will not be accepted at Local Motion Hawaii retail stores
  • Items purchased at Local Motion Hawaii retail stores are not eligible for returns online, but will be accepted at any of our retail outlets
  • The order number provided on the order confirmation email and packing slip is required for all returns
  • Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for the returning item(s)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If the items received do not fit and you would like to exchange them for a different size, please ship back the incorrect size(s) to receive a refund and purchase the correct sizes by placing a new order.

Defective Goods or Wrong Item/Color/Size

If the items received are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately to receive assistance with a return and shipping fees. 

Damaged Packages or Contents

If your package or its contents arrive damaged (smashed, ripped, wet, etc.),  please contact us immediately. Please keep the damaged package and contents for investigation purposes. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in loss or expense being borne by the customer.
