Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of the shipment date
  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days
  • All merchandise must be in resalable condition and with the tags still attached. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt
  • Returns will not be accepted at Local Motion retail stores
  • Items purchased at Local Motion retail stores are not eligible for returns online, but will be accepted at any retail outlet
  • The transaction number provided on the order confirmation email and packing slip is required for all returns
  • Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted
  • All return items must be pre-authorized by a customer service representative

Damaged/Defective Goods or Wrong Item/Color/Size

If the items received are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact a customer service representative immediately to receive assistance with a return and shipping fees.
