- Items are eligible for a return within 30 days of the shipment date
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days
- All merchandise must be in resalable condition and with the tags still attached. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt
- Returns will not be accepted at Local Motion retail stores
- Items purchased at Local Motion retail stores are not eligible for returns online, but will be accepted at any retail outlet
- The transaction number provided on the order confirmation email and packing slip is required for all returns
- Only items sold within the U.S. will be accepted
- All return items must be pre-authorized by a customer service representative
