Orders shipping to Hawaii and anywhere in the U.S. are a flat $9.00, and orders of $99 or more ship free.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We pack and ship Monday through Friday by USPS Priority Mail (3-day). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Yes. International delivery can take up to 5 weeks, depending on customs and destination. Free shipping applies only to U.S. orders.

Some specialty items carry an Additional Shipping & Handling fee. It’s added on top of standard rates, even when your order qualifies for free shipping.

You can return items within 30 days of the shipment date. They must be in resalable condition with the tags still attached. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt. We can’t accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Ship it to: Local Motion, Inc., Attn: Return Item, 870 Kawaiahao Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. Include your order number from your confirmation email or packing slip. Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn’t refundable. We only accept returns on items sold within the U.S.

Ship back the size that didn’t fit for a refund, then place a new order for the size you need. If your original order used a promotional discount, email info@localmotioninc.com before you exchange.

No. Online orders must be returned by mail. Items bought in our retail stores can be returned at any Local Motion Hawaii store, but not online.
