Here in Hawai'i, the ocean is an essential part of our way of life. It is a powerful force that we are taught to respect and honor. Spreading this message is the aim of our ocean safety campaign.
Nā Kama Kai is a local non-profit founded with the goal of uplifting and empowering children through connection with the ocean. The education and experiences provided by Nā Kama Kai inspire children to become stewards of the ocean and the 'Āina.
The mission of Nā Kama Kai resonates with both partners. Local Motion provides equipment that allows people to experience the ocean. Hawaiian Airlines brings the guests to the ocean and teaches them how to enjoy it respectfully.

For the month of October, every $1 spent with the Hawaiian Airlines® Bank of Hawaii World Elite Mastercard® at Local Motion will be matched for donations, up to $10,000 to Nā Kama Kai, a local nonprofit educating youth about ocean safety and stewardship.
