Congratulations to Keanu Asing For his 2nd place finish at the Volcom World Championships - 54th St / Newport Beach, CA. Keanu dominated every heat on his way to the final but came up just short for the win. For his accomplishments Keanu pocketed a hefty $5,000.00- not a bad weekend for a 14 year old. Keanu along with LM team rider Leila Hurst will be on their way to Capreton, France for the ISA World Jr surfing championships representing Hawaii, Good Luck to both of them. Dusty Payne has just come home to Maui after being on the road for 2 months competing in Australia then going to Indonesia for a photo shoot and finishing off in California posting some great results at the Nike 6.0 WQS and Jr Pro event making the final in the JR Pro and the semi in the pro division. We met up with Dusty at the VQS at Newport where both Keanu and Dusty made LM proud. Bonga Perkins is on his way home from France where he placed 3rd at the ASP Longboard event. Bonga still in striking distance of another ASP World title with 2 events left on the schedule- GO Bonga
